Qigong

We are pleased to let you know that the wonderful Samantha Lavery will be joining our virtual team of wellbeing instructors. She is a Qigong specialist and wellbeing coach that is going to be running some Qigong workshops for us.


Qigong is all about Qi, our life force energy which we need to keep flowing through our body and systems to keep us healthy and happy. Every organ makes energy and that flow through our bodies meridian system, as it branches it can become blocked which can result in ill health. Qigong helps us to keep this system healthy through flowing body movements and postures that stem from the world of martial arts.
