Power Workouts Sample

Hi all - wanted to share some details of my exciting new Power Workouts for Strength & Fitness! I use what I call "transitional isometrics" which allow you to get a full body workout with zero equipment. The style of workout is effective for strength, strength endurance & cardiovascular health. As an amazing added bonus you don't have to jump around and make lots of noise - so it's very friendly for neighbours or family members who might be working or studying.
